Light Avenue LA PD120AP1 is a high speed and highly sensitive PIN photodiode die with 7.7 mm2 sensitive area. It is sensitive to visible light much like the human eye and has peak sensitivity at 560 nm. Anode is the bond pad on top, cathode is the backside contact. Standard package is on blue foil.
